Today we are sharing this healthy breakfast smoothie that takes less than 5 minutes to make:

Ingredients:
* 1 tablespoon porridge oats
* 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
* 1 Banana
* 1 teaspoon Honey
* 150ml Milk
* 80g fruits (could be mango, blueberries, strawberries etc)
Equipment You will need just a blender for this!
Method
– Put all ingredients in your blender and whizz until smoothie takes about 1 minute
– Pour the banana oat smoothie into two glasses and serve!
